Pioneer Corporation has successfully developed a 400 GB blu-ray disks which is still under R&D has been given to press.This disk contains of 16 layers thus dividing 25 GB of space between per each layer.
The need for more and more amounts of memory has been increased to such an extent that even now home PC's come with 1TB of space ..
As it is aptly said "Necessity is the mother of Invention" ..
