A disabled American spy satellite is rapidly descending and is likely to plunge to Earth by late February or early March, posing a potential danger from its debris..
The satellite, which no longer can be controlled, could contain hazardous materials, and it is unknown where on the planet it might come down.
Specialists who follow spy satellite operations suspect it is an experimental imagery satellite built by Lockheed Martin and launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California in December 2006 aboard a Delta II rocket. Shortly after the satellite reached orbit, ground controllers lost the ability to control it and were never able to regain communication.
Satellite contains Hydrazine, a colorless liquid with an ammonia-like odor, is a toxic chemical and can cause harm to anyone who contacts it.
NASA officials say that "Numerous satellites over the years have come out of orbit and fallen harmlessly"
Hope even this one doesnt harm Earth .
Anyways beware !! Look at the sky n walk :)

Mysterious woman on MARS
The concept of LIFE ON MARS has been prevailing since ages but this theory has got a dubious boost from recently released photos of the surface of Mars (Taken by NASA's robot SPIRIT).
These photos shows a woman like structure parched on rock with her arms outstretched . This news has created a buzz over internet n several sites have zoomed onto the image and suggested the figure could be alive.
But astronomers say it is just a rock and it's hard enough to accurately recognize figures and faces across the room. Mars, depending on when you measure it, is about 35 million miles away. The best telescopes aren't of much help in determining surface features, and that's why NASA sent robots with cameras to Mars.
The reason many people see a figure on mars is the same reason that people see faces in clouds, Rorschach blots, and coffee stains. This phenomenon, called pareidolia, is well known in psychology, and it is the cause of many supposedly mysterious and miraculous events
Strong evidence for this psychological explanation lies in the fact that the Spirit image does not look like Martian life (since we don't know what life on Mars looks like), but instead resembles life here on earth specifically human life. The image is the result of human interpretation. If you look around the full image of the area (not just the close-up), you will find several rocks and features that resemble non-human Earth life, such as armadillos and snakes. In the right bottom corner, emerging from the sand, there is what looks like a lizard face wearing goggles and an airman's helmet.
This is of course not the first time that NASA images have been claimed to show evidence of Martian life. A man named Richard Hoagland claimed that 1976 photographs of the Cydonia region of Mars showed a human-like face and was clear evidence on life on earth.
NASA still needs to release a confiramtion regarding this issue...

Virgin Galactic unveils spaceship
British billionaire Richard Branson and AeroSpace designer Burt Rutan with SpaceshipTwo
...........................................A Close look at SpaceShipTwo
Virgin Galactic released a prototype of its upcoming spaceship which would be carrying rich tourists into space ..
Owner of Virgin Galactic Richard Branson and the AeroSpace designer Burt Rutan unveiled a model SpaceShipTwo . A four-engine jet will launch the jet into space .
Though the space travel would be costing a whooping $2,00,000 it is said that already 200 passengers from 30 different countries have already made reservations.
The twin-fuselage airplane, called the White Knight Two, will carry SpaceShipTwo high into the sky beneath a single 140-foot wing.
The spacecraft would then separate from the plane and rocket into suborbital space, where as many as six passengers and two crew members could unbuckle themselves and experience weightlessness and an unparalleled view before gliding back to Earth.
Passengers would get about 4 1/2 minutes of zero-gravity time, floating about a ship roughly the size of a Falcon 900 executive jet, before returning to their seats.
Virgin Galactic, insisted the project is no pipe dream , construction on the White Knight Two is already more than 70 percent complete. SpaceShipTwo is about 60 percent complete, and the company hopes to begin test flights by this summer. With the amount of risks involved and the rising curiorsity among people in spacetravel we need to wait and see and in no way can predict its results .....
